HOME!

hi all! i'm home. got home today around 2p. was supposed to come home

yesterday but was running a bit of a fever and i wanted to stay an extra

day. i'm doing wonderfully. had an epidural during and after surgery

(along with being put under during surgery as well.) i had virtually NO

pain whatsoever until the epidural was removed. at first it hurt, but not

screaming bad. i began taking loratab (10 mgs. every 3 hours) and i'm fine.

really fine. i cannot believe it. it's amazing. i'll talk more later,

just don't feel that secure sitting in this desk chair. talk to you all

soon and thanks again for all your encouragement and support.

Oh Lindy, I am so glad you are ok. You sound amazing. My experience in the hospital was pretty much hell.

Hi Lindy,

I'm so happy to see you are back home and feeling so fit. I lost my

epidural after only 4 hours because it started pushing on my left

leg's nerve trunk and caused me to lose all feeling in it and control

of it. I'm glad you got the full day's worth of epidural before going

to IV medication.

If you are doing this well at the end of week one then I know you'll

have a speedy and easy recovery. Be good, feel good and be happy.
