Hello all,

I am now 11 days post surgery and feelin fine. Extra strength

tylenol during the day and an occassional perc for night time when

the new muscles I am building act up. I had my first post op today,

he was thrilled with my progress, all 36 staples were removed and it

did not even hurt one bit. I can finally shower tomorrow (soap and

water on inscion only, nothing is recommended he said treat it like

the rest of your skin) and I have been released to use my exercise

bike which I am thrilled about!! I am walking with crutches about an

hour a day. I do get tired and nap during the day but the doc said

that is normal. All and all I can not believe how good I feel I hope

all of you have as good of an experience as me. You are all in my

thoughts.

So many KAthy's KAthy etc

TAke care

Great news Kathy - keep up the good work. I am finding my first week

back at work (teaching) very tiring. I have been trying to leave at

4.30pm, but today we had a long meeting after school and I didn't

leave until after 6pm - a long day because I was there before 8am!

Just eaten and will be spending the rest of the evening with my feet

up before an early night!!!

All the best

Lesley

first week back would be tiring! R
