Guest guest
Well, never heard of frying matzos. Sounds almost as " crazy " as frying Twinkies or Snowballs or Snickers (all of which I've seen). Are you asking if you should eat such? Doesn't sound like a very good food, nutrition and calorie wise, and it sounds like something that would get stuck for me. But...we're all different. And I believe that if you're getting good nutrition overall, and have such " junk food " rarely, that's ok....assuming it doesn't get stuck. The idea is to learn to eat " normally " within certain limits. And normal doesn't mean a couple pints of Ben and Jerrys. :-) It means one scoop on occasion. The same principle works for all such things. dan Tuesday, January 29, 2008, 9:02:31 AM, you wrote: > I realize we need to avoid fried foods but I have a yearning for fried matzo > Matzo is a big cracker made of unleavened yeast, eggs, milk and a touch of > salt.
