Side sleeping

I want to sleep on my side and was wondering how thick of a pillow I be

using between my legs. My THR revision was May 2. I tried a body pillow after

the

original surgery but it was uncomfortable (too much pillow!)

Thanks,

Markey

Hi I found a chunky normal head pillow was fine although it did take

me about 2 months before I could sleep on my side at all. My physio

recommended I sleep on operated side first, not before 6 weeks though

and the unoperated a month later, however it is only recently (I had

THR Jan 4th) that I feel completely comfy doing both.

Best wishes

Hannah
