I keep seeing concerns and comments about the dose needed to accomplish our needs. Because everyone's body is different the dosage needed can reasonably be expected to vary some from person to person. But since the intent is to take whatever dose is needed to accomplish the blockade that triggers the higher endorphin production taking a higher dose won't confer greater protection, or a great improvement in symptoms. More is better only if what you are taking doesn't cause the blockade to occur. If the blockade is occurring the way intended then taking a higher dose shouldn't do anything at all to help, and may ultimately reduce endorphin production if the dosage is high enough.

Am I misunderstanding the way LDN works?

I believe you hit the nail on the head there as a while back there was even some thought that a smaller dose would benifit some better than a larger dose.

Now I do not know what happened from that but I do know that as of yet anything over three is counter productive for me!
