6 week check up after RTHR

Not too much to report. I didnt see my consultant but

someone else (he told me his name but Ive forgotten).

Apparently I can use normal loos now lol. Still to walk with two

crutches if Im out and about but can use one around the house.

Still too soon to come off the crutches completely. The bad limp I

had when trying to walk without crutches should go eventually and

need extra time due to previous surgery.

Can drive if I want but consultant said up to me really, and maybe I

would want to wait another week or two. He basically said

everything is going ok but because of my previous surgery,

everything might take a bit longer.

Got a referral for physio so that was something and to carry on

doing the excercises I was told to do when I was in hospital. .

I asked what devise I have and was told it was a uncemented, Corail

Trilogy all by Zimmer. Tried googling but cant find much. Anyone

any the wiser here? I forgot to ask if it is MOM grrr.

I had all this list of questions to ask and then still think of more

after my appointment. So annoying. I have to go back in 3 months.

So basically guess I just need to play the patient game and wait to

be healed
