Who is the moderator for this list? I feel this thread of Gastric bypass has gone on long enough and should be considered off topic for this list. This is a joint replacement list. To stay on topic I suggest that if bypass surgery is discussed, it should be in the realm of how it affected joint replacement.

Please state OT in yur subject heading if your post is about gastric bypass so I and others can choose to skip those posts.

It does say OT in the subject line. Some have stated that they could not get TKR surgery if they did not lose the excess weight and thats how this thread got started.
