Like Stan says, a lot of it is in attitude and feeling young ...think positively and enjoy your daily activities--especially walking.I was thinking positively today as I entered my van on the driver's side. And I was positively correct! I did it!!!!!! I drove myself out to my daughter's house, a half hour away.

I have also surprised myself by not touching my walker in three days. After getting back into the pool and using my legs hard for an hour each day, I am finding that I really can walk alone. It is glorious! What fun to get normal!
