After effects from total knee replacement

I had my left knee replaced on Sept. 20. I now can walk without a

cane, however I am still in pain. My x-rays show that everything is in

place. I feel stiff in the morning and after walking in stores or, as

I did lately, had a party, I was in considerable pain. Has anyone else

experienced this?

My knee was in bad shape for eight years, and I don't know if that had

anything to do with that.

I would love to hear about anyone's experiences.
