Guest guest
This was recently posted on one of my other sites. Anyone have anything in their own experience that supports or negates this: MJ Some foods have been shown to decrease inflammation in the body, whereas others tend to increase the possibility of inflammation. For example, animal foods contain fats that have been found to increase an inflammatory response. But studies show that eating high-fat fish, such as mackerel, bluefish, or tuna, that contain omega-3 fatty acids enables the body to make products that tend to decrease the inflammation.
