As one who has been sleep deprived now for about nine months, I have

to share with you a great find that I wish I had discovered long ago.

It's a little box that attaches to the ears with electrodes. The

frequency it emits heals anxiety, depression and insomnia. The one I

got is called Elixa and it costs about $250. I have only had it two

days but used it last nite and within an hour fell asleep without any

other sleep aids. I usually am awake around 3 a.m. and most of the

time that is IT. However, this morning around 3 I used it again and

fell asleep only to delightfully awaken at 8:30 a.m. I used it for

the third time this late afternoon, got extremely tired and for the

first time in nine months I was able to nap deeply. Dr.

Braverman in NY has been using this device in his practice for years

and Dr. Norm Shealy sings its praises in his book MIRACLES DO HAPPEN.

It is a way to sleep and cure anxiety and depression without the use

(or diminishment) of pharmacology and sleep aids like tryptothan. I

know there are a lot of people out there who suffer terribly from the

above nightmarish problems; I am sharing this because I think it's

really amazing technology that can help many of us from being out of

the loop. If you don't sleep, you don't heal. If you don't sleep,

you don't dream and dreams help us process not only our emotions but

to engage in nonordinary reality that makes life so much more

enjoyable and satisfying.
