withdrawing from the sept exam

I see the deadline for withdrawal is aug 11. When I

signed up, I figured I would be ready. After reading

more into the math books I have, and reading this

site, there is no way I will be ready in Sept. I was

understanding the math, then suddenly, I am not

getting any of it. Is this normal? I was looking at

the PCTB site, and see where I can withdraw, but,

do I get all but $25 of my fee back or did I read

that wrong? I cant find where I saw that, and it

seems like it states that somewhere. Anyone know?
