Guest guest
Thank you, Pattie for this. I have a Medscape account and did not know this section existed-thanks so much!! Given that takes up to about 45 meds per day, this is very, very helpful!!! in CT mom to sean 5 ½ years ________________________________ From: [mailto: ] On Behalf Of Pattie Curran Sent: Friday, August 10, 2007 11:48 AM Subject: Drug interaction checker http://www.medscape.com/druginfo/druginterchecker?src=ads <http://www.medscape.com/druginfo/druginterchecker?src=ads> You have to have a medscape account to use this-but what a handy tool. You type in the meds and it tells you if there are any interactions! We're off for a picnic and a hike. ph wanted to hike this past weekend..and we didn't. We did do putt-putt and went to the battlefield with grandma and grandpa, though. AND.just did putt-putt again the other day (had left over games). Only 2 more days of being at camp... Try to stay cool. We've got plenty of ice water (that won't be ice water for long!) and a ph who wants to go, go, goooooo! Peace be with you, Pattie Truth is incontrovertible, ignorance can deride it, panic may resent it, malice may destroy it, but there it is. ~Winston Churchill

Guest guest
Thank you for this. I have been using Drugs.com Interactions Checker So I placed this in my links and file section. I thought Ihad it there before. Here it is, NO need to sign up: http://www.drugs.com/drug_interactions.html It is the responsibility of the tech and pharmacist to use USP approved resources for checking information. So do not rely 100% on any internet source. USE FACTS and Comparisons, and what ever your job/hospital/pharmacy recommends.
