Dea g787,

The examples that I have in my Files Section called resume building do not show

a resume with externship. I will try to get one up soon.

I have seen " externship " experience placed in both places.

It works best in experience when the applicant does nothave ANY work experience

at all.

But as a teacher I suggest that it is in the Education and Training section of

your resume.

As an employer I would look for it in the 'Experience " section.

May I also suggest that you have three sections:

Education

Training

Experience

or two sections

Education and Training

Experience

Alternatively you may use " Work History " instead of " Experience "

Thank you Jeanetta. I might just create a training section for it like you

suggested.

Please send me a copy of your resume and I will critique it. Then if you don't

mind I could use it in the tutorial section. We can change the actual names of

locations and your name of course.

Thanks

Jeanetta
