Hi, I'm stuck on this one situation. The situation is a customer with a really

bad case of poison oak wants to buy non-drowsy Benadryl. What is the issue and

what action is needed in this situation? I know Benadryl is an antihistimine

and it is said that taking Benadryl can help with the itching. What is the

issue in using a non-drowsy Benadryl? Is it because it temporarily relieves

itching for a person with a bad case of poison oak and that he/she needs a

stronger medication? For the action, he/she needs to go seek help from the

doctor or consult with the pharmacist?

Thanks for your help in advance!
