Guest guest
I would think that you would not need to give them a copy of the certificate nor the cert number until they ask for it. I wouldn't put the number on my resume. If/when they call you in for an interview, you can bring a copy of the large one to them at that time. Guest guest
ire, I agree with Elaine S. I teach my students to place a heading called: Qualification and Certification or two headings: Education Qualifications Included are Dates and renewal dates of Licenses, Registrations and Ceritificates It may look like this: Qualifications California State Board of Pharmacy Pharmacy Technician Registration Valid November 15, 2010 Renewal Date November 15, 2012 Certified Pharmacy Technician Certificate PTCB Valid April 30, 2010 Renewal Date: April 30, 2012 Score: 800/900 scaled points or any other way you would like to site your certificates and qualifications on your resume. When being interviewed bring copies of your certificates so that they can have a copy of them to see and for your file if you are hired. ONLY mention your exact score IF it is 780 or greater. Listing a score lower than this could/may hinder your chances of scoring an interview. Higher scores may help you to score an interview. Not mentioning the score does not harm you either way. Hope this helps. Respectfully, Jeanetta Mastron CPhT BS Founder/Owner > > > So how do you apply for a pharmacy technician job as a certified pharmacy > technician (CPhT)? Guest guest
The one that is the composite score is the one that is reported. It is generally the first score reported called the Total Passing Score. The other three tell you your scaled points or score for a specific section or type of questions. Here is an example of one of my students scores: Total: Passing Score - 650 - Your Scaled Score - 790 Assist Pharmacist in Serving Patients - - 782 Maintain Med. Inventory Control System - - 789 Admin. Mgmt. of Pharmacy Practice - - 837 Hope this helps, Jeanetta Mastron CPhT BS Pharm Tech Program Educator/Director Founder/Owner of this site > > > So how do you apply for a pharmacy technician job as a certified pharmacy > technician (CPhT)?
