Guest guest
Dear All, In trying to resolve the problem of some of you not able to open up the files, I had to try to contact Technical Support. In so doing I had to join an Owner/Moderator's Group. There seems to have been reports by owners a couple of weeks ago. says it is working on this problem and the 'fix'. I had to write an email using their form about what the problem is. I want to share with you what I wrote to let you know I am on top of this problem and am reporting it. Since this only had happened to a few people and never me I thought it was a member computer problem. When it happened to me today for many of my files I decided to report ti to : Firstly these are the two problems that had posted to the Owners group: " File access: over the past few days some of you were having trouble accessing your files, and were often receiving an error message. UPDATE: This issue has been resolved. If you are still seeing this problem, please contact Customer Care. Email delay/posting issues: In a handful of groups, members and moderators are noticing a delay when sending or receiving group messages. (Additionally a few groups have reported that some messages are not posting at all). " Secondly, here is my email to the technical support: " Dear , I am having MANY members report that they can no longer open up my files and documents. Their study is being interupted. This has occurred off an on for the last few weeks. But NEVER to me. and NEVER so many people complaining. I wanted to report this and that I too am NOW getting the following message when I want to open many of my files: " The requested document is not accessible " . PLEASE help, many of my memmbers are trying to study for exams that have test dates in the immediate future! Thank you so much for your attention to this detail. Respectfully, Jeanetta Mastron CPhT BS " After I submitted my email, the following was displayed: " Hello Jeanetta, Your submission was successful. Thank you for contacting Customer Care. We'll get right on this! You can expect a response from us within the next 24 hours. Sincerely, The Customer Care Team " What concerns me is I was emailing to the Technical Support but the Customer Care Team thanked me. Let's hope they are one and the same, Respectfully to all and thank you for your patience, Jeanetta Mastron CPhT BS Founder/Owner
