Guest guest
There's a great little book out on Blackstrap Molasses...I think by Cyrus Lust...one of those ol' time cure books... It's in the far and dusty corner of some old healthfood stores... A T of BSM in a cup of water cures just about anything. :) Well hey...why not... It is a very rich source of potassium, and also has calcium... It is alkalizing... I get an organic brand. ~^^V^^~ At 03:23 AM 8/26/99 GMT, you wrote: >From: cking@... Guest guest
To me the benefit of black strap mollasses is that it's on of the few sweets I can eat with a clean conscionce. ;-) jim angelkat wrote: > From: angelkat <angelkat@...> > > Did anyone answer my question what is the benefit of BS molasses? > > KAT > > If I missed something, sorry ....... brain fog -- jim@... http://www.entrance.to/madscience http://www.entrance.to/poetry The biggest difference between genius & stupidity is that genius has its limits. -- anony amicus certus in re incerta

I was raised on it and I love it straight from the bottle. jim wrote: > From: <jackson@...> > > > A T of BSM in a cup of water cures just about anything. :) > > I have a bottle of it, but what can I do with it? Guest guest
I know it is high in iron and my dr suggests to use it. But.... it is a bit on the strong side for me. Kimi
