And I can't remember. Dr. said it had lots of nutrition, trace

minerals, etc. He recommended it daily.

Well, from way back in the R Rodale days, I seem to recall that it was

a rich source of assimilable iron among other nutrients.

There's a great little book out on Blackstrap Molasses...I think by Cyrus

Lust...one of those ol' time cure books...

It's in the far and dusty corner of some old healthfood stores...

A T of BSM in a cup of water cures just about anything. :):):)

Well hey...why not...

It is a very rich source of potassium, and also has calcium...

It is alkalizing...

I get an organic brand.

To me the benefit of black strap mollasses is that it's on of the few sweets I

can eat with a clean conscionce. ;-)
