Guest guest Posted January 10, 2009 Report Share Posted January 10, 2009 Hey Y'all, I am from Louisiana. I've been a LA certified tech for 10 or 11 years now and this is my first retail job. Although, I do miss hospital there are many things to learn in retail. I am required to take the PTCB and I am very nervous with all the information that has changed in such a long time. My exam date is not until the end of March but I just got my study materials. It seems the days are just not long enough! thanks for all the help already!
