Which is better getting into the school Program or Not?

Which is better Doing the PT Program at a Community College or get a PT

Job without doing the school Program. I have read on several boards

that some people didnt enter the PT program and got their jobs without

the schooling or experience. They just got certified on the job

training. I was wondering would I need the Pharmacy Tech Diploma in the

future? So anyway, I was wondering should I should I get into the PT

school program or wait and get a Pharmacy Tech job without it.
