Hello gang,

I am also really interested in the Benfo for energy. That is the

supplement we were talking about right, ?

Where do you get it? I have not seen it at the local health food stores.

they have a wide range of supplements- all highly standardized

extracts. As close to pharmaceutical grade as you can get. The rep

I dealt with was very knowledgeable and they have many good products.

As for adding to my regimen, I want to be careful how much stuff I pile on

top of

the LDN and HY2 (hypericin) so I am going to avoid Milk Thistle and even

Dandelion for a while.

Even though they are potent liver cleansers. I need to let the LDN and

Hypericin do its work-

I was warned I may feel (more) sick for a few weeks as the unhealthy liver

cells die off and are absorbed.

Then my energy level should come up and I will be able to tolerate some

herbals and other supplements that

will help rebuild my liver function. Thank heavens it is a regenerative

organ!

Sorry to hear of your itchy rash! I'd scratch for ya if I could reach that

far. :-)

Can't think what could be causing your hives but maybe an airborn allergen?

But it is

winter for you now so I would suspect mold might be the only thing you have

about now.

Try adding an ionizing air purifier in the room you sleep in. That might

help. It doesn't have to

have a special light to be able to kill mold spores, so don't let someone

sucker you in to buying

a really fancy ionizer. I doubt the Avicell is the culprit- if you were

tested out for

foods and plants, etc. It is just plant cellulose. But you could consider

having the doc test you

for a sensitivity to it- or have your next batch of LDN compounded with a

different filler?
