Kiki,

I drink green tea every day. I think it is good for lots of things. I drink it warm in the winter and room temp now. I have done this for several years now. I was told it may have something to do with my not having weight issues.

I have noticed and so has my trainer a major increase in strength in the past 2 weeks. The only thing I have changed is that I drink Lipton decaf Green tea at room temp. during the day instead of water and coffee. Did a Google on Green Tea and maybe this is not a coincidence. Does anyone else drink green tea and noticed anything?

Thank you Kiki,

I liked reading this post, as I have been thinking of starting green

tea lately. Now I have all the more reason.

Good stuff

Hi,

I have been drinking green tea for a long, long time after being

introduced to it by a Sudanese friend about 35 years ago. The reason I

started drinking it is that it tastes better than " normal " tea. It was

once available, loose, by weight at a shop near where I worked in

Manchester (UK). Lipton's tastes almost the same.

If it has any health giving properties it didn't stop me getting MS!

Steve
