So then are you on 3.0mgs? And if I may, how much do you weigh? As I found that with my 220lbs. 4.5 was too much but 3.0 is fine!

So I figure weight is irrelevent.

Message to all from Epousebar

I am now on Day 26 and can now report something positive. On Day 24 I decided to adjust my dose to 3mg as the side effects from taking my 4.5mg capsules were ongoing. I suffered leg cramps through the night, stiffness in the morning and feet like lead. Things appreared to be worse rather than better.

I felt a little better yesterday but TODAY I haven't stopped and can report that my energy levels are well up with a feeling of wellbeing I haven't felt in a long time.

So it looks like I'm getting some good effects after all.

Thanks for encouraging me everyone........

Hello back Reg,

Thanks for your reply. My weight is around 150lbs. I've felt more fatigued today that yesterday but hoping I can retain the feeling of wellbeing long term. I'm certainly better with the lower dose.

I think you're right. I'm on 4.5 and weigh 120 lbs. My stiffness is very minor and not at all some mornings. I do stretches almost every a.m. and if there is any stiffness, this alleviates it. I tried 3 mg for a while, but I don't think it did anything for me. I was very tired all the time, and I think even more stiff, more often.

I have always taken a multi with fish oil kind of every other day but have been taking it on a daily basis, along with Evening Primrose oil, pregnenolone, vitamin C, vitamin D, gingko biloba, and bee pollen. Maybe the oils help with stiffness.

I realize this is not the norm..I started on 3.0 for the two months on LDN and was experiencing a little more leg stiffness than before being on ldn (was also on baclofen) decided to go up to 4.5 and the majority of the stiffness disappeared!! Guess this is one one of the times it's good to be abnormal *grin* I weigh 138 lbs.

So for us anyway wieght has no real bearing on how much of a dose we should take.

I would like to find out what determines the proper dose in individules but then again

the way that ldn works and the very small amount we take may be another reason

trials will be

postponed.
