Dear All,

The follwing was sent to me in an email. I am not a stakeholder, but

felt it necessary to post for all who it may concern:

" " Dear PTCB Stakeholders,

Since the opening of application processing for the July examination,

PTCB has found it necessary to make modifications to the list of Test

Sites for the Pharmacy Technician Certification Examination (PTCE).

We have added two sites in Virginia and removed two Sunday sites,

both for the July and November administrations. Please find the

changed information below:

New Test Sites for the July 26 and November 15, 2003 PTCE

Site 0465

Charlottesville, Virginia

Site 0466

Blacksburg, Virginia

Eliminated Test Sites for the July 26 and November 15, 2003 PTCE

Site 0131A (Sunday, July 27 & November 16 exam sites)

Chicago, Illinois

Site 0210A (Sunday, July 27 & November 16 exam sites)

Boston, Massachusetts

If you have any questions regarding these changes, please feel free

to contact Shirley Llafet directly at (202) 429-7576 ext.65 or

sal@....

Please distribute in your pharmacy.

Thank you for your support of national pharmacy technician

certification. " "

Respectfully,

  • 4 years later...

I'm not sure how many of you may have noticed, but PTCB has expanded the

testing cycles. There are still 4 cycles, but they are now available for 6-8

weeks of testing (depending on which cycle you look at) instead of last years 5

weeks of testing.
