Compliance Tools and Aseptic Certification for USP <797>

Hands-On Training for Practical Compliance to USP Chapter <797> Guidelines

Led by Subject Matter Experts in a Cleanroom Setting

Seminar Dates:

Program Objectives:

Learn the facililty and environmental requirements for compounding

sterile products in compliance with USP <797>

Understand how primary and secondary engineering controls contribute

to airflow velocity, direction and ISO classification

Demonstrate proper handwashing and gowning requirements

Practice aseptic technique in LAFWs and isolators in a cleanroom

environment

Perform a media fill challenge

Determine the key issues to manage a cleanroom contractor successfully

Discuss proper people and product movement and workflow in anteroom

and cleanroom areas

Understand best and worst practices of aseptic technique

Payment:

Registration for the 2-1/2 day course is $1875. Discounts may be

offered to multiple attendees from a single facility. Contact the STAR

Center or your Baxa Corporation representative for details. Once Baxa

has received your registration, a representative from Education Review

Systems, Inc. will be contacting you to process your payment.

Travel Arrangments:

Participants must make all airline, shuttle and hotel reservations.

Upon registration, an information packet will be mailed that details

hotel recommendations and corporate rates. For more information on

Cancellation Process:

Registration cancellations must be made in writing to the STAR Center

no later than two weeks before the session. Refund requests are

subject to a $50.00 cancellation fee. Registration may be deferred to

a later scheduled session.
