Guest guest
Okay All, I am opening up this question for YOU to chime in: Name as many classifications of drugs as you can, give an example of a Trade and its generic and what the drug does. Feel free to add any other comments. Separate the running answers with numbers for each classification: 1. Antibacterial: Amoxil(T)/amoxicillin(g) Indication: Treats bacterial infections Note: anaphylactic shock may occur in some people; DOC for anaphylactic shock is epinephrine injection 2. Ace Inhibitors: Vasotec(T)/enalapril(g) Indication: Treats HTN (Antihypertensive Agent) Note: MOA Increases blood vessel dilation {vasodilation} to decrease blood pressure by blocking Angiotensin Convertion Enzyme from converting Angiotensin I to Angiotensin II. Okay your turn, I will add one more in my next post to show you how to add another classification Respectfully, Jeanetta Mastron CPhT BS Founder/Owner
