Okay All, I am opening up this question for YOU to chime in:

Name as many classifications of drugs as you can, give an example of a Trade and

its generic and what the drug does. Feel free to add any other comments.

Separate the running answers with numbers for each classification:

1. Antibacterial: Amoxil(T)/amoxicillin(g) Indication: Treats bacterial

infections Note: anaphylactic shock may occur in some people; DOC for

anaphylactic shock is epinephrine injection

2. Ace Inhibitors: Vasotec(T)/enalapril(g) Indication: Treats HTN

(Antihypertensive Agent) Note: MOA Increases blood vessel dilation

{vasodilation} to decrease blood pressure by blocking Angiotensin Convertion

Enzyme from converting Angiotensin I to Angiotensin II.
