Guest guest
I did well on yesterday's CAT scan on my sinuses. I only felt a little tingling while it was being done, and the scan only took 3 minutes! I did the www.diagnose-me.com test, and found a very good ND for me. My chiro thinks I have Lupus, and told me to get off all fish. I will be doing a liver flush before I do the mercury detox. I had all my amalgams taken out over 12 years ago. Now, my new doc says that I could still have mercury in my thyroid and tissues so that is why the detox. Of course, I will also do coffee enemas to help on that. I am doing better today than last week, as I was way too anxious when I had the first scan, as I did not know how I was going to do. I have been on thyroid meds for almost 2 years, and still suffering from tiredness and a run-down feeling. What my chiro told me about the fish, I will let that ride. Because I have been suffering from Multiple Chemical sensitivities also for 13 years, I am willing to do all to get well. My standard doc hasn't a clue as far as how to get well naturally. I am also going to do an ELIZA/ACT test for allergies to foods. That should wrap this up here.
Guest guest
Are you seeing an Otologist? The symptoms that you are describing are what I feel like when I have a Ctoma. I am currently scheduled for surgery on the 23rd. A Cat Scan I had in the past did not show the Ctoma clearly. it was not until the Otologist went in there was he able to physically see what was going on and what had to be done. I really hope that you get surgery soon and have this taken care of. In my experiences (7th surgery coming up) they really don't exactly what they are going to find until they go in there. I have had all of my surgeries Outpatient, coming home the same day. Ctomas consist of dry skin that forms into a tumor, if it is Ctoma it is not Cancer. Please make sure that you are seeing an Otologist. What area do you live in? maybe someone online can make a recommendation of a Dr if they live in your area. My ENT and Regular Dr were not able to diagnose the CToma, only the Olotogist I have is and was. Sincerely, Ingrid > > > The Doctor examined my ear and saw something which he thought was a choleatoma. He sent me for a cat scan and the scan showed my ear canal absolutely clear. I tried getting another appointment after this cs and the receptionist would not make an appointment, so I had to call another ENT and ask if he would see me. This other ENT called the DR and the DR saw me in two days. Because the cat scan indicated a clear ear canal and the Dr saw a lesion of some sort, which he described, he scheduled me for a diagnostic surgery and prescribed pain medication. He will not refer me anywhere else without knowing what is going on. He said the very worst scenario is a cancer. He indicated that he might not remove the thing he sees because if he has no idea how deep it goes, especially since the cat scan couldn't see this thing. I do not understand how the scan could not have picked this up, it also scares me that the scan did not pick it up. I go for a biopsy on Wednesday. Because my ear is so sensitive and hurts I will go in outpatient surgery. I have already been preoped by both the DR and the Hospital. The Dr at preopp again verified that this thing is in my ear. I am definately having problems with dizziness, headaches, pain and nausea. I try not to take the pain pills, but sometimes I am so uncomfortable I need something and then I start feeling a little better and have more energy. I need to wait for the surgery to see what is in my ear. I have lost a lot of hearing and oftentimes I have an echo from noise in my head. This is also very uncomfortable. Hopefully it is a lesion which can be removed and all my problems will be corrected. >
Guest guest
Keep in mind that the CT isn't going to catch everything, particularly if it is not a high enough contrast and in smaller increments. Our first CT was "clear" and it turned out that the tech hadn't done all the right areas in the first place.Miriam Felt <miriamfelt@...> wrote: The Doctor examined my ear and saw something which he thought was a choleatoma.
