Traditional recipes that use VCO

Hi All,

Ive noticed that there are a few people that post here are from places

where the coconuts actually grow.

These places also use coconut oil and have done so for a long time.

Im hoping that these ones will share some of the traditional

sweet/desert type recipes that have been used.

I am looking for some so that I can put VCO in it and use it that

way.Up till using VCO I hardly used oil of any kind except olive oil

and that was in salads etc.

I want my using VCO to stay interesting because Im never going to stop

using it.

But if others have discovered other recipes of a similar nature,or ones

they happen to like,Id love to see those as well.
