Pete The optimal dosage is 3.5 tablespoons a day but you probably have to start out with a teaspoon and just go from there. I get a lot of energy from mine but I experienced a lot of die off at first when I tried to take a lot right away. Check out Bruce Fife's cook books for recipes. www.piccadillybooks.com I cook with mine and add it to tea in the morning with a little stevia. It is easy to take that way for me. There is also a raw egg drink that I found on another egroup site that is good too. 2 cups boiling water 2-3 raw eggs 3 tablespoons of coconut oil 2 tablespoons of butter cinammon or nutmeg to taste. Blend. I blend mine at night and put it in the fridge as I like mine cold the next day. Reminds me of egg nog in a way. Some people grind up almonds or other nuts........(some add stevia and/or cocoa powder)and mix it into melted coconut oil. Spread the mixture out on a cookie sheet and freeze. break into chunks and store in a container in the freezer. Some mix it with butter or alone and use it on veggies or toast.
