Guest guest Posted March 15, 2003 Report Share Posted March 15, 2003 Dear , we have exactly the same problem. The error appears not only during Biofeedback programms. Some times it happens just during moving the mouse. The problem started approx. 3 months ago. Since we had this problem with nearly every single patient, we asked WEICOM for a solution. We got another laptop from WEICOM with the newest QCXI version. Just the next day, we had the same again. The error is still with us every day!!! We learned from WEICOM, that they didn't have this problem before. We guess that the error may be caused by electro-statical charges. The last 10 weeks we had a very low humidity in Switzerland. We are not sure about this. Anyway, a solution would be appreciated and necessary. We would be really glad to get a solution, as it is a very uncomfortable when the system brakes down all the time.
