containing incorrect passcodes. As the postcard states, you need

your passcode to log into the online recertification application. To

ensure you have the correct passcode please visit the online

passcode retrieval system at

https://secure.ptcb.org/AddressChange/login.asp. The passcode listed

in the system is your correct passcode and will allow you to gain
