I've just only STARTED to understand the MANY benefits of Coconut Oil, and it's MANY uses! It nurishes, heals, protects, supports your bodies different systems, helps regulate insulin levels, boosts matabolisim, is anti-fungal, anti-bactirial, anti-viral, anti-microbial.............there are SO many uses for it and advantages to using it that there really is no complete answer that one can give, other than .......it REALLY is SO SPECIAL all by it's self.
