Guest guest
Obesity has been linked to secondary infertility. You may be luckier at conceiving if you bring your weight down. Of course you should choose healtier options to lose weight. Yes VCO does help with weight management. VCO is natural and weight-loss takes a longer time than other " weight-loss magic bullets " but on the plus side VCO is safe. If your weight problem is due to hypothyroidism (however mild the problem maybe and goes undetected) VCO will help you. However, for general weight management you should also look at your diet and your daily calorie intake as well as how much you manage to burn off while you do your daily activities. warmly Begum (Ms) Malaysia adb_1968 <adb_1968@...> wrote: Hi: I am new to the group and was wondering if folks could share personal stories or research links regarding VCO's positive benefits on (female) fertility, pregnancy and postpartum health. I am 37 with a one year old son, and am trying to lose weight and get back in shape so I could hopefully begin trying for child #2. Thanks. Guest guest
Hi, how long DOES it take for VCO to kick in for weightloss? I may give it a try again. Guest guest
I put my daughter on VCO after I was sure of the quality of the one I chose. It comes in 120 ml bottles. She takes about a teaspoon in the morning. She was just slightly chubby before the VCO and she has visibly slimmed down. Her nasal congestion has also improved. We must remember that like for all remedies different people have differering reactions and rates of recovery. regards Clarity on-Jonker <claire@...> wrote: Hi, how long DOES it take for VCO to kick in for weightloss? Guest guest
Thank you - how big were the bottles? I have 3 unopened 32 ounce Tropical Traditions bottles and one opened that is about 3/4 empty but I felt no better when I took it and lost no weight and I HATED the taste so I simply gave up.
