Guest guest
Hi - Start out with the Institute for Safe Medication Practices (ISMP) at http://ismp.org Most of the pharmacy journals have an area dedicated for medication error discussion, and will have a CE on some aspect of errors at least once or twice a year There are also many CEs available on the topic---some free, some for a fee RxSchool has several free CEs. You'll need to register (free) http://ce.rxschool.com/medication_errors.cfm Here's another from Medscape---again you'll need to register, but the CEs are free http://www.medscape.com/viewarticle/419163 Sincerely, Dora group mod > > Hi everyone! You will find the following two files in its contents: JCAHO Do NOT Use Abbreviation List Compiled May 2005 Created Sep 29, 2005 Medication Safety Videos from FDA and ISMP Select from a great number of short videos on various topics such as Med errors, Jcaho labeling,sound-a-likes, look-a-likes and more Created Aug 2, 2005 Hope this helps you.
