G'day QXCIers,

curious, is it not, that no mention is made of Diet in

the treatment of RA?

-all i have to offer is empirical evidence.

In 1988 i was diagnosed with RA & was given many drugs.

After reading the side-effects, it was clear that the

cure was worse than the disease [stomach

upset,liver & kidney dysfuntion,constipation,etc],so

they went in the trash. Therehad to be a better way.

An 86yr old customer at the garage i worked in saved

my hide, by declaring, " No

milk,meat,sugar,caffeine,tomatoes,potatoes,peppers & no

beer!

You must eat brown rice & veggies to neutralise the ph

of the blood! Only then will the liver & kidneys begin

to work properly in purifying the blood. "

well, none of the medical dieties, aka,MDs ever

mentioned diet, but i figured,'what have i got to

lose?'

Needless to say, along with vit/mineral supplements, it

worked like a charm: no joint deformation, pain etc.

It is important to adhere to Mrs.H's advice for the

rest of your RA prone life, however. Easy to do, if you

recall the consequences of bad eating...

When i shared this with world famous Dr.S, he

laughed & dismissed it. I told him to f...himself &

stormed out of his surgery.

If you fill your gastank with subpar petrol, the car

won't run right:we are no different.

Hope this helps.

cheers,

dar

RA is a condition that forces half of patients to

The good news is that a tremendous amount of

progress has been made

within the last ten years in identifying patients

earlier and treating

the disease more aggressively...
