I know this isn't within the scope of this study site but I am looking for a

pharmacy related web site/catalog company that sells all pharmacy related

items, mugs, jewelry, t-shirts, figurines, mortar and pestals, etc. We used to

get

a couple catalogs like this when I worked at Eckerds but I cannot remember

the names of them. I tried the links section on this site, PTCB site, and 2 NC

Boards and Association sites and also tried searching the web with no luck. I

know they are out there somewhere. The ones we got had both RPH and Tech

related gifts in the catalog.

Anyone here know or get any of these type catalogs at work you can share?

Because this isn't quite in the scope of this study group you can email off

the group if you have this info.

Hi,

The magazine you are referring to is PharmArt Gifts. You can try a search of

that name for the site since the company was sold earlier this year the name may

have changed. Also try Scruples & Drams and www.rxgifts.net (I am almost sure

it's .net and .com.)

Dear Lori,

This is definitely within the scope of this site! It is related to pharmacy

technicians, pharmacy practice/industry and also medicine. This site is

dedicated to education of technicians as well as recognizing the individual

achievements of technicians of this site. It also recognizes changes in pharmacy

and pharmaceuticals, new, recalled and current.

I am glad someone already was able to help you out. In addition most

professional associations have some type of gift store or gifts that can be

purchased such as pins and mugs. but I believe that the store that you were

referred to has more items.

Thanks ! My RPH told me about the PharmArts as that was the one she

remembered and I tried searching that one with .net, .com and .org without any

success. I will try the other 2 you mentioned tho!

Hi Lori,

Here is the link to PharmArt. Personally, I think they offer the best

selection. I've purchased lots of stuff from them (t-shirts, sweatshirts,

socks, ties, pins, patches) and all were high quality. Check out their Grab

Bag/Clearance/Sale section. They usually have good stuff there really cheap

(making way for new inventory I guess).
