Hi everyone online at 12:21 am the house is so quiet I don't know

What to do. LOL Anyway, Yes I miss hospital pharmacy and I don't

know at this point who can certify me IV. I live in Houston, TX and

the classes for certification seem to be vanishing. Some techs I

talk to want to go hospital but it's hard to find someone to teach

you. Yes the term cat out of the bag referring to Walgreens yes you

might get terminated for mentioning certain things about work, but

if you stay in certain guidelines you should be ok. No I don't work

with anyone who has posted on this site. It would be a blessing to

work with caring people and they understand. It went well today. I

think a lot of people are intimidated by us older 40 folks we are

seasoned and can take a position from someone in a heartbeat. We

have respect, compassion, energy for the long haul and problems we

can solve because we have been there. Hats off to young folks too. I

came to Pharmacy because I wanted to. Retail/hospital is like day

and night. Believe me when I tell you. Hospital you do not type like

retail. My weakest. Once I learn the horrible hand writing and

people give me a fair chance I will be ok. I found out what some of

the problems were and let them be known. So everyone is on notice:

not just me. Colleges in their degrees should require a people

skills class and actual acting in certain sitautions. HA! HA!

I will be moving to an apartment 5 blocks from the job, hope to be

able to post more often This is a comfortable place to be. I have

worked as a tech in Chicago, Hollywood-FL, and now Texas and have

not been able to get techs to come together or communicate about

good subjects. Change people 1 script at a time.
