What happened to PTCB bulletin Board?

Does anyone know what happened to the posting part of the bulletin

board? I had to call during recertification online because they had 7

ce's and a message stating I had completed all requirements. It's

repaired now but the posting on the bulletin board is gone. Every time

they upgrade we downgrade. Funny but true.
