Bonnie: UNdenatured whey is better than denatured; denaturing

breaks the glutathione precursors and glutathione is the body's

main antioxidant and detoxifier as well as being crucial for

energy production in the cells.

You seem to have symptoms of intestinal dysbiosis; this is

corrected with inulin. The " bulking fiber " in the drink you had

could have been FOS, which feeds a wider array of bacteria,

ferments faster and makes more gas than inulin. Even inulin

takes perhaps a month to correct dysbiosis, at a dose of 5 grams

three times a day.
