I'd like to hear from anyone out there who has used the original

himalayan crystal salt sole (so-lay). For those of you who don't know

about it, go to:

www.americanbluegreen.com

For a wonderful treat, order yourself a copy of their book WATER AND

SALT. It sheds the sunlight on health and fills in the gaps that

Emoto's book (tho wonderful) leave us with.

Hi is,

I have been using Himalayan crystal salt sole for flushing my sinuses out. I had nasal polyps, until a recent operation to have them removed, and suffered from quite severe infections and clogging of my nasal passages.

I had been using colloidal silver to help keep the infections under control but I found sole seemed to be more effective and continue to use it to keep my sinuses clear and free from infection as I have a long history of sinus issues.

I actually bought Himalayan Crystal Salt Rocks and made my own sole solution up following the suppliers directions.

Regards,

Mike.

I personally like " sea " salt, or at least the idea of it, but this article makes

sense and the colors in the salt is usually not significant. Regular salt

include fillers to keep it from lumping up and is processed to remove the minute

amount of minerals and other impurities and to add iodine. I know my sea salt

doesn't have these fillers, since it clumps. The bottom line is all salt is sea

salt and comes to us through evaporation either in a natural way as table salt

is, or forced evaporation in sea salt.

I found this site that shows how to make solay... but I am pretty sure you can

do the same thing with table or kosher salt or any other type of salt.

l don't mind spending a little extra for the sea salt, it feels right. But i

don't really get the Vibration / crystal thing in the way they are talking

about.

New to group - does anyone drink solay made with himalayan crystal salt? I have

heard it is very good with all its minerals and that table salt is basically

poison. I read it is dissolves away the crystals that cause arthritis. etc. I

am going to try it.

I only use sodium salt to make a saline solution. In my food I use " No-Salt "

potassium if I use any salts at all. There's unavoidable salt in my butter,

cured meat and cheese.

all good,

Duncan
