After much research & talking to people on different health

lists, I am now feeling that my leg infection was the tip of an

iceberg. It seems to be a problem with oxalate build-up coming out

thru the legs. Some of the wounds infected. That looked really

gross. Leg swelled up. Suppurating sores. Legs turned purple.

Once the infection was dealt with, other problems became easier to

spot. Doctors like to classify such problems as a " diabetic

complication " , and they do not look to deal with underlying causes,

just the visible symptoms.

I have been on a low oxalate diet. That helps a lot. I

use pascalite clay twice a week. That also helps. So does

St.'s wort. Hydrocortisone creme is rweally good for the

itching. I use them all in rotation. I am now awaiting a shipment

of St.'s Wort oil (I am almost out) so I can make up clay with SJW

oil in it.

know you don't want to use coconut flour but for anyone else out there.........I

mixed up some coconut oil and coconut flour into a paste and put it on a huge

sore or boil (or whatever it was) I had and it just sucked the fluid right out

of there and it dried up over night. Was totally gone 2 days later.
