Micro-nutrients / enzymes in coconut oil and heat killing these

Hi All,

Once again I ask questions because Im hearing differant versions of the

facts.

So here goes:

Are there such a thing as " micro-nutrients " which are preserved in

ANH/VCO ?.

I know there are enzymes(i think..getting confused !),but are these

destroyed in any way by heat.

There are 2 times when heat is put into VCO:

1/When the oil is being extracted.

2/When its being used in cooking.

How much do these 2 events effect VCO?

Anyway,look forward to you replies on this.
