Loni Hi Loni, Your REX2 smartmeter has many features. It uses mesh technology, so your meter may forward messages from other meters. It is part of a network called EA_LAN, which means it may transmit a lot of network information, such as timing and voltage checks, besides the billing information. Hope this helps.
