Hmmm, I'm " A Positive " , and I've found that I also do well by following

the dietary suggestions by those who promote the " blood type diet "

(e.g. " Eat Right For Your Type " )

Yeah,

but for an A Positive, you are allowed to eat a lot of everything.

The *O* types are almost not allowed to eat at all.

That is quite a difference.

There are probably several... I don't know which ones are the best,

but this one came up first in a Google search I just did:

http://intraspec.ca/blood.php

This website has a page for each blood group, listing foods

which are " highly beneficial " , " neutral " , and " to be avoiced " .

After becoming ill, I spent years of trial & error finding foods

that I did well on, and I was rather surprised when I later came

across this diet, and the suggestions were pretty much in line

with what I had figured out on my own! Skeptics love to

criticize the theory behind this diet, but all I care about

is something that matches my experiences, and this is the one

diet that does that.

There is also something called " The Body Ecology Diet " , which

is supposed to be a further refinement of this diet, but I

don't know much about this.
