It was given to me as a present, with no instructions, etc. It is supposed to be good " at reducing those bad computer vibes " I was told. It is a tube-shaped (like shape of a paper towel tube) Very small. The length is less than my smallest finger. The width is such that my biggest finger can just barely fit into it. In the middle of the length, it has what looks like a slight indentation around it as a circumference. It is some copper looking metal. Any idea what it is or how it works?
