The info. below is from an article in the Toronto Star. Seems

Stockholm is pretty enlightened.

Olle Johansson would know the latest news regarding what is happening

there. You can write him at: olle.johansson@... Please let us know of any

news he has to share?

Sweden acknowledged ES as a physical impairment in 2000. Official statistics

from the Swedish National Board of Health and Welfare: 220,000 in the year

2001, but extrapolated to today to be up to 300,000. This is 3% of the

Swedish population which today is 9,000,000 people. With an estimated 300,000

sufferers. Swedish employees can request special computer monitors and lighting

fixtures that dramatically cut down frequency emissions. Residents of some

municipalities can get their home " sanitized " from electromagnetic frequencies.

If these alterations turn out not to be optimal they can rent small cottages

in the countryside owned by the Stockholm municipality, which also intends to

build a village with houses that are specially designed for persons who are

electrohypersensitive. "

Shivani
