Guest guest
I don't think coconut oil alone is going to resolve high blood pressure. High blood pressure is caused from plaque build up in the arteries. and the body puts the plaque there as a way to patch up the lesions that are caused from artery wear and tear (form of scurvy) when the body doesn't have enough vitamin c. I don't really believe that coconut oil can melt those plaque deposits away nor can it dilate the blood vessels if the body is lacking in other necessary nutrients. JMO. phine {Disarmed} High blood pressure I am reading different advice about coconut oil and high blood pressure. Some say it is not advised for those with high blood pressure and some say it helps high blood pressure. Does anyone have any information on this?
