Guest guest
Carol, just been reading an article about a doctor in Australia who helped people get rid of lupus with: - grain free diet except for rice and corn - dairy free diet Azizah Hi Carol I would suggest; 1. The enzyme Serrapeptase (1-3 tablets x 3times daily until symptoms disappear and then 1 x 2 times daily for maintenance - on empty stomach). These will go round clearing up the circulating immune complexes (CICs) which cause pain. If you want me to send them to you, I can, since I have done that in the past to other people in SA. 2. Also Curcumin - which will also reduce the inflammation and increase glutathione - but a good make. 3. Fatty acids - omega 3 and 6 are also anti-inflammatory. 4. Vitamin C 5. Check for dysfunctional digestive tract and microflora 6. Check adrenal glands and support - the hormone DHEA (dehydroepiandrosterone, produced by adrenals) is found low in sufferers and is often used as a a supplement but can have side effects. 7. A good complex of antioxidants and lots of antioxidant-rich foods as always. 8. Some Chinese herbs are helpful - but don't know them - consult a Chinese herbalist. Important to reduce inflammation since this autoimmune disease affects connective tissues and may cause damage to internal organs. Take care, Azizah Carol Coney wrote: > > one of our SCIO Therapists has been diagnosed with Lupus in the > Stomach ... he is in terrible pain and his SCIO sessions seem to be > making him feel worse ...... he would welcome any suggestions.... > regards Carol > > > ------------------------------------------------------------------------ > > No virus found in this incoming message. > Checked by AVG Free Edition. > Version: 7.1.409 / Virus Database: 268.13.28/518 - Release Date: 04/11/2006 > >
