Thank you. Although finding an Asian market in the

Hi, My name is , I am in WA and have just joined this list. I am

currently using and loving the WFN centrifuged VCO. I cook with it and

every

morning add 1TBS to my coffee. I know that this is a coconut oil forum,

but I am

very new with even eating coconut as I couldn't take the flavor when I

was

younger. I have just for the first time ordered some coconut flour

because of the

health benefits of the higher fiber etc. and was wondering if anyone on

this

list uses the flour for cooking and baking and if you would be willing

to

share some info and recipes.

I'll look into Seasilver. I did think you meant Colloidal silver. Thanks for

This is an excellent point. Someone else was recently warning me about how

dangerous it can be and how you need to detox and chelate it all out of your

body. If I do ever get round to it, I'll have a small filling done first and

see how that goes. I then maybe have them removed over a long time. And yes,

since I'm so allergic to things right now, it would be better to wait until

I'm re-housed and feeling better.

Thanks for all the info on the EMF shielding. As for raising my pH I'm

afriad calcium and alkaline products don't really agree with stomach and it

triggers my candida. I find the acid in my stomach keeps the candida under

control. Though as you say everyone is different, and it's what works for

you. Thanks for all your advice :-)
